My personal experience caring for my parents during the end of their lives and as a hospice patient advocate motivated me to share these quick tips and self care tools for taking back your life. Do you feel depleted from your job, parenting, or just from getting older? If so, this book is for you – and anyone who is ready to BELIEVE in, PRACTICE, and CHOOSE their personal self care journey.
I wrote this book during the COVID-19 pandemic. These self care tips and my willingness to make self care a priority, got me through the isolation, deprivation, and frightening unknowns so many of us experienced during that time.
Read one tip each night and in 21 nights you will have begun your own self care journey. When you BELIEVE in, PRACTICE, and CHOOSE the gift of self care you can have the life you desire and the life you deserve.
