Staying positive can be a huge help in our self care journeys. I know it’s hard sometimes, but those are the times you most need to be positive. A tool I use to stay positive is an attitude of gratitude.
Namaste means paying homage or showing respect to one another. It tends to be defined as some derivation of, “The divine in me bows to the divine in you.”
Depression usually gives me no warning, but I am getting much better with how I deal with it. Something I use often from my self care tool box is what I call it my Top 100 List.
Each time we react habitually to stress in unhealthy ways, without awareness of the patterns of behavior we have fallen into, we stress our intrinsic capacity for well-being and balance a little more.
